Hungry Eyes by Eric Carmen
I used to dance by myself to this song while reciting under my breath 2-3-4, 2-3-4. I got pretty good at that dance the first summer I saw Dirty Dancing. I also got pretty good at convincing my tiny friends to attempt the lift with me at the local park. I was positive that, with enough practice, I could whisk a girl above my head & hold her there while she felt the wind in her permed bob. I never accomplished that goal, but I definitely became good at running my fingers down a girl’s bare midriff while making her eyes cloud with lust. Thanks for teaching me that trick, Swayze.
And thanks for being so rad, bohemea.

About the author(s): MjH grew up in the suburbs of Encino, CA, born into a family of hilarious Jews. His mother, a witty New Yorker with a sharp tongue, set the bar pretty high in terms of what he looks for in a wife/Jewess.
Forever wearing glasses and on the hunt for Jewish cunt, our man wants you to know that he once schtupped a dame at DIVE! in Century City.

Thom Yorke @ The Echoplex (Open The Floodgates)
Horchata - Vampire Weekend : benjaminf & matthewb
Ummm. I thought I was hip enough to know when Vampy Boys released new tracks, especially tracks named HORCHATA. Anyway, enjoy.
I think they put out one of the best freshman records of all time, up there with the Killers, HOT FUSS. Now, I’m only talking bands of this era.

Martin Gore and Dave Gahan (I need to stop getting high and blogging)…that’s Andy Fletcher, duh.
Thank you Sam Sugarman
Stoked on this jam right now. CONTRA drops in January. Epic name for an album, hope it’s named after the Nintendo game of the same name.
